Marc Roisin describes himself as a wine lover and amateur of new technologies. He loves to introduce wine to people in a creative and inotive way.
Eric Boschman is a trained sommelier. Named one of the best sommelier in Belgium in 1988. He then opened his very own restaurant called « le pain et le vin » which he then got one michelin star. He is nowadays very well known in the name of wine, especially in Belgium. His job, his passion don’t stop there, he has now started in the media!
You will soon discover that these two get on very well! After presenting briefly the Bordelaise vineyard and the history that goes behind it, the two men hit the road to the Bassin d’Arcachon where they will taste a Bordeaux white whilst eating a lovely seafood meal followed by a crement by the seaside with Jean-Yves Queyrens from Château Pilet.
They will then immerge into the universe of traders with Bordeaux and Bordeaux rouge from Castel.
