  • 200g of darkchocolate (42%)
  • 200g of single cream
  • 50g of butter
  • 30 of cocoa powder
  • 1 tbl spoon of cinnamon
  • A few sticks of caramalized orange

Preparation

  1. Prepare the chocolate by mixing it very quickly in a blender. At this point , your chocolate should be in small pieces. Add the powdercinnamon.
  2. In a pan, add the cream until simmer, slowly pour in the chocolate and make sure to stir well for a smooth melted chocolate. Add your cubes of butter and this to your food mixer.
  3.  To prepare the truffles for this recipe it’s important to use the biggest bowl you can find. Pour in your preparation from earlier, cover with film and leave to sit in the refrigerator for one to two hours.
  4. Next step is to cut your caramelized oranges into small dice. Mould your truffles by rolling them in your hands. Make sure you put a small piece of orange in the middle of your truffles. Once you have finished this part, take the balls and roll them in cocoa powder and let them sit on grease proof paper, then place to cool.

Soupçon de Graman

Which wine to choose?
